I have been working with the National 9/11 Memorial & Museum since 2018 – tasked with improving their approach to direct response fundraising campaigns and collateral pieces.

Reimagined the Memorial & Museum’s existing, decade-old direct mail program by creating award-winning and eye-catching (but affordable) direct mail pieces that stood-out in the mailbox and tell meaningful stories that generated significant financial support.

Helped the 9/11 Memorial & Museum carefully steward finite resources for the best ROI.
