The New York Botanical Garden is an iconic living museum and National Historic Landmark. Since its founding in 1891, it has served as an oasis for the people of New York City. It has two annual shows and one special exhibition in the summer.
Frida Kahlo, Art-Garden-Life, 2015 summer show
Derived through research, I designed the identity used in all marketing and advertising and a font system for signage based on Frida Kahlo’s handwriting. I also created the 30sec Broadcast video animation. Their opening weekend had quadrupled the attendance of preceding years.
